Mayor Eissey called the Public Hearing to order at 7:21 p.m. All members of the Council were
present. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comment from the public on Bill 1062, a
proposed ordinance amending Section 108.3 of the Florida Building Code, redefining the powers
of the Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
With no comments from the public to be heard, the meeting adjourned at 7:22 p.m.
