Section 1. Sections 22 and 23 of Ordinance No. 7 of the Village of North Palm
Beach, Florida, enacted on January 28, 1957, as amended, are hereby amended into one
section to read as follows:
Section 22. Hours of Sale.

It shall be unlawful fo:r any person to sell,
serve or consume, or to permit the sale,
service or consumgtion of aay intoxicating liquors
or beverages except beer, ale and wine in any p7.ace
holding a licease from the Village under this ordi-
nance, or in any public place within the Village,
and it shall be unlawful for any person to buy, sell
or deliver, or to permit the purchase, sale or de-
livery of any intoxicating liquors or beverages except
beer, ale and wine in sealed containers for consumption
off the premises:
(a) Between the Yv~urs of 3:00 o~clock A.M.
and ?:00 o~clock A.M. of ax~}r day; or
(b) Between the hours of 3:00 oTClocIs A.M.
and 12x00 o~clock noon on Sundays; or
(c) On axe day of a general or primary
election during the hours the polls
are open.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be
and the same are hereby repealed.
