CONDUCTED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2002

Charles R. O'Meilia, Councilman
David B. Norris, Councilman
Kathleen F. Kelly, Village Clerk
Edward M. Eissey, Mayor
Dennis W. Kelly, Village Manager
Vice Mayor Noel called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. All members of the Council were
present except Mayor Eissey who was out of town, Village Clerk Kathleen Kelly was present.
Village Manager Dennis Kelly arrived at 6:15 p.m.
I'URPOSE OF THE INTERVIEW MEETING
The purpose of the meeting was to interview applicants to the Code Enforcement Board.
Present to be interviewed were the following applicants:
Robert DiGloria
Reid Bierer
Andrew Clarey
Scott Fetterman
Joseph Melbourne
Edward Nessenthaler
Bill Norton
Wayne Stewart
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
