A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING THE ASSOCIATED ACCOUNTS AND
ACCOUNT NUMBERS FOR EXISTING PARKS MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
FOR ATHLETIC TURF MAINTENANCE, LANDSCAPING AND GROUNDS
MAINTENANCE, AND TREE TRIMMING MANAGEMENT AND
MAINTENANCE SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Resolution No. 2024-50, the Village Council approved a
Contract with Florida ULS Operating LLC d/b/a Haverland Ag Innovations for athletic turf
maintenance services in the amount of $222,708.00; and
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Resolution No. 2024-77, the Village Council approved a
Contract with Precision Landscape Company of Palm Beach County, Inc., which was subsequently
acquired by Yard-Nique, Inc., for landscaping grounds and maintenance services in the amount of
$401,367.00; and
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Resolution No. 2024-29, as amended by Resolution No. 2025-
04, the Village Council approved a Contract with Precision Landscape Company of Palm Beach
County, Inc., which was subsequently acquired by Yard-Nique, Inc., for tree trimming management
and maintenance services in the amount of $100,000.00; and
WHEREAS, due to the restructuring of the operating budget within the Parks and Recreation
Department, the Village Council wishes to amend the Account Numbers from which these Contracts
are funded to align with the newly established Parks Maintenance budget structure; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the adoption of this Resolution is in the best interests
of the Village and its residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby amends following Resolutions to amend the Accounts and
associated Account Numbers for the funding of the following Parks Maintenance Contracts:

Section 3. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
