them on the "planning a November
sale" list, too.
North Palm Beach Garden Club
members will rise and shine at 9
a.m. Wednesday for coffee and
sweets at the Herb Watt building,
Anchorage Drive, North Palm
Beach.
The business part of the meet-
ing begins at 9:30 a.m. The guest
speaker will be Sall Wiener of Te-
questa, who will present a program
on wild flowers.
Wiener is well-known in gar-
dens and garden clubs of the area,
and has been a prime mover in
beautification along main roads
and major thoroughfares, especial-
i ly Alternate A1A and the railroad
tracks, and Tequesta parks.
Also on the calendar for the
club is a workshop meeting Sept.
28, same time, same place, for the
Ipurpose
of making grapevine
wreaths. The public is invited to
come along and learn the craft.
November brings a bazaar de-
signed to raise money to buy plants
and to beautify the grounds around
North Palm Beach Village Hall.
