SWORN IN — Herbert Watt, right, re-elected to the
North Palm Beach Village Council Tuesday in a runoff
elec tion, is sworn in by Village Clerk Mrs. Delores

as mayor of the village. On his right is Mallory Privett,
the newest member of the council. Watt was also
appointed by fellow councilmen to serve as president
pro-tem of the council for the next year.
