A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
BUSINESS ADVISORY BOARD, AND LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 2, Article I of the Village Code of Ordinances, the Village
Council may appoint residents (and business owners or operators) ofthe Village as members of Village
advisory boards to serve at the pleasure of the Village Council, subject to the terms and conditions set
forth therein; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to appoint Village residents (or business owners or
operators as applicable) to serve on the Village Business Advisory Board, and the Library Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The following persons are hereby appointed to various Village Boards and
Committees for the terms commencing May 14, 2026 and expiring as indicated below:
BUSINESS ADVISORY BOARD
Brenda Castrodad April 30, 2029
Ronald Lantz April 30, 2029
Erin Nettere April 30, 2029
LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD
Kristin Davis April 30, 2028
Stephanie DiGanii April 30, 2028
Roberta H. Jurnev April 30, 2028
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed copy of this resolution to
the members appointed above.
