Time Limit: 3 minutes Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers) and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. 4. PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 2026-05 – CODE AMENDMENT – CONTROL OF ACCESS TO VILLAGE-OWNED, CONTROLLED, AND LEASED PROPERTY Consider a motion to adopt and enact on second reading Ordinance 2026-05 amending Article I "In General," of Chapter 19, "Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions," to adopt a new Section 19-14 "Control of Access to Village-Owned, Controlled, and Leased Property," and a new Section 19-15, "Trespass Warnings on Public Property and Other Property Generally Open to the Public." OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS COUNCIL AND ADMINISTRATION MATTERS MAYOR AND COUNCIL MATTERS/REPORTS VILLAGE MANAGER MATTERS/REPORTS ADJOURNMENT If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at the Village Council meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105). In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person who may require special accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact the Village Clerk’s office at 841-3355 at least 72 hours prior to the meeting date. This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the nature of governmental duties and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to, or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
