The following described property is hereby removed from zoning classifi- ' cation R-2 Multiple Family Dwelling District: Lots 13 - 21~ inclusive Block 51 Plat ff6, Vi lage o orth Palm Beach, reco a the Public Records of Pala Reach Covnty, Florida, in Plat Book 26, Page 12. Said land shall henceforth be classified R-1 Single Farm Dwelling District. 2. The following described property is hereby removed from the zoning classi- fication R-1 Single Family Dwelling District: C1A Limited Commercial District Ordinance # 60 Page 2. That parcel known as Pr~ospB~rit~Har~bor_ encl. further described as that parcel~la~n -wed on the west by the easterly boundary of Block 54, Plat #6, Village of North Palm Beach; on the south by the northerly boundary of Lot 15 - 23, inclusive, Plat #6, Village of ]dorth Palm Beachi on the east by the westerly right of way line of the North Palm Beach Waterway as shown on Plat #6, Village of North Palm Beach; and on the north by the easterly extension of the north boundaxq of Let 5, Block 511, Plat #6, Village of North Palm Beach, far a distance of 9;>7.01t feet to a point of inter- section with the westerly right-af ,~$y of the North Palm Heach Waterway, all as shown on Plat #b, Village of North Palm Beach, as recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, in Plat Book 26, Page 12. Said land shall henceforth be classified C1A Limited Commercial District. 3. Subsection 7A is hereby amended to henceforth read as follows: "Section 7 C1A LIAffTl~ CUMMExCIAL L1STit]:CT A. IISES YERMITT~. Within arty C1A Limited commercial district, no bui , s me ure, and or water shall be used, except for one or more of the following uses: 1. Any use permuted in the R 3 Apartment Dwelling District. 2. Hotels sari Motels. 3. Restaurants other than drive-in restaurants, including cocktail lounges. 4. Nursery and Private Schools. 5. Oolf Club and its accessory uses such as restaurant, bar, driving range s~ equip- ment store. 6. Professional Offices including real estate offices, finarnce offices, m°dical and dental clinics and the like, providing same are architecturally and structurally in harmar~y with the spirit of the community. r1 u 7. Marinas and th.air accessory uses such as wet boat storage facilities, gasolene supplies, and such minor repair facilities as are incidental to wet boat storage and which da not involve mayor boat and/or engine overhaul, provided all facilities are architecturally and structurally in harmony with the spirit of the community. Section 2. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorised and directed to reflect upon the Official Zoning Map by hatching or other appropriate means of designation, the changes in Boning, classification effected under this amending ordinance. Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances is conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 1t. That this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval as provided by law.
