Code Revisions - Joint Workshop on May 13 at 6:30 PM
Backup material is attached for the May 13th joint workshop of the Village Council and the Planning
Commission.
During this workshop we will review issues that have been discussed previously but not yet fully
resolved.
We will focus on the following issues on May 13th:
1. Building height (in feet) — C-MU — chapter 14 of revisions
2. Outdoor seating — C-MU & C-3 — chapter 26 of revisions
3. Nonconformities — C-MU, C-3, C-NB — chapter 28 of revisions
4. Comprehensive Plan (text changes) — chapter 31 of revisions
5. Camelot site — key redevelopment site — chapter 21 of revisions
6. Twin City Mall site — C-3 — chapter 20 of revisions
Attached to this memo is a draft of slides we will use to focus on each of these issues.
Also attached is actual text of the relevant code revisions, with language to be added to the code
underlined and language to be deleted struck th.,,iBh. Yellow highlighting is used to call
attention to changes in wording since your review at earlier workshops.
