During this workshop we will cover chapters 20-23 and chapter 29 of the code revisions, highlighting the following subjects: i. Future buildings in C-3 (Twin City Mall site) 2. Regulating plans in C-3 3. Height and density in C-3 4. Permitted uses in C-3 5. Streets within C-3 6. Parking lots in C-3 7. Key redevelopment sites 8. Camelot site 9. Crystal Cove site io. Shore Court at US-1 site n. Northlake BI. (NBOZ to C-NB) 12. Landscaping (formerly in NBOZ) Attached to this memo is a draft of slides we will use to focus on each of these issues. Also attached is actual text of the code revisions for these chapters, with new language underlined and deleted language struck through. Yellow highlighting is used to call attention to the most important changes. The text in these chapters has been revised slightly since the first complete draft of these revisions (dated November 1). The landscaping regulations have been revised again since our January workshop; yellow highlighting there indicates all changes from the previous draft. The latest complete draft of the code revisions is available from www.villagecodeupdate.org.
