2. NEW BUSINESS
a. BUSINESS ADVISORY COMMITTEE Discussion and guidance concerning the composition,
terms, duties, and mission of a permanent Business Advisory Board.
ACTION Consensus: under Duties, move last bullet point to first item (the board shall advise the
village council as to recommended improvements and establishment of policies.) and add the
duty of assisting existing businesses. Moved to July 12th Regular Session for first
reading of Ord establishing a Business Advisory Board.
b. SOUTHWEST NEIGHBORHOOD SIDEWALKS AND STREETLIGHTS PROJECT Continued
discussion, consideration, and direction regarding the Southwest Neighborhood Sidewalks and
Streetlights Capital Improvement Project.
ACTION Consensus to issue Request for Proposals.
Item will come back to Regular for approval of a resolution to accept proposal,
after RFP responses are received and reviewed
c. NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICT Discussion concerning amending
Section 45-35.3, "Northlake Boulevard Overlay Zoning District," of Appendix C, Zoning, of the
Village Code of Ordinances to adopt a procedure for review of conditional and special permit uses
and to adopt a new land use chart to incorporate uses within both the central and east districts
ACTION Consensus to place on July 12th Regular Session for first reading of Ord

nature of governmental duties and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to,
or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
