REGULAR SESSION
1 RESOLUTION 2009-22 — COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT — accepts the Comprehensive
Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ending 9/30/08 and authorizes filing of the report with the State
Council action: adopted unanimously; motion/second: Manuel/Aubrey.
Staff action: Nowlen, Holt & Miner filed CAFR with State.
2. RESOLUTION 2009-23 — REGISTRATION FEE FOR NON -DOMICILED BUSINESSES establishes a
registration fee of $25.00 for persons carrying on, completing, performing or engaging in any type of business
within the Village and for whom the Village is not statutorily authorized to require payment of a business tax
Council action: adopted unanimously; motion/second: Manuel/Eissey.
Staff action: implement registration form and fee (Community Development)
3. RESOLUTION 2009-24 — BID AWARD — TENNIS FACILITY FENCING accepts bid of Commercial Fence
Contractors, Inc. for fencing at the Village Tennis Facility at a total cost not to exceed $27,664.58, and
authorizes execution of the agreement
Council action: adopted unanimously; motion/second: Eissey/Manuel.
Staff action: send Res/contract to vendor (Clerk); process P.O. (Recreation/Finance); coordinate project (CD)
4. RESOLUTION 2009-25 — STORM DRAIN REPAIRS — VILLAGE GARDEN APTS approves and authorizes
execution of a contract with D.S. Eakins Construction Corporation for storm drain repairs at the west end of
Village Garden Apartments at a cost not to exceed $53,656
Council action: adopted unanimously; motion/second: Eissey/Hernacki.
Staff action: send Res/contract to vendor (Clerk); process P.O. (Public Works/Finance); coordinate project (PW)
