a. PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD CORRIDOR STUDY Discussion concerning the Prosperity Farms
Road Corridor Study prepared by Land Research Management, Inc.
COUNCIL CONSENSUS: Direction to staff to concentrate on further review and study of
the 2 parcels at north end of PF Rd. and for the area south of the Earman River. Further
discussion of this topic to be held at an upcoming Workshop Session.
b. REQUEST FOR INDEMNIFICATION FOR LITIGATION EXPENSES Discussion concerning
request for reimbursement of Attorney's fees by former Country Club Advisory Board member.
COUNCIL CONSENSUS: This item was removed from the Workshop Agenda
c. EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE FEE SCHEDULE Discussion concerning creation of a three -
tiered fee schedule for emergency medical services provided by the Public Safety Department.
COUNCIL CONSENSUS: This item was moved to Regular Session
