Mayor Manuel called the meeting to order at 700 pm All members of Council were present
All members ofstaffwere present except the Village Attorney
PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL SESSION
The purpose ofthe Special Session was to interview applicants to various Village Boazds
The following persons were present for interviews by the Village Council

The Village Council will make its appointments during the Regular Session immediately
following the interview meeting
