ROLL CALL:
Mayor Norris called the Public Hearing to order at 7:26 p.m. All members of Council were
present. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public concerning Bill 1044, a
proposed ordinance amending Section 45-2, Definitions, of Article I of Appendix C, Zoning, of the
Code of Ordinances of the Village to provide a definition of “family”.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
