ORDINANCE NO. 43
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1, THE SAME PRESCRIBING RULES
FOR OPERATION OF THE VILLAGE GOVERNMENT, BY CHANGING THE TIME AND
FREQUENCY OF COUNCIL MEETINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as, follows:
Section 1. That portion of Section 2 of said Ordinance No.1
reading as follows:
"Rule 1. The Council•shall meet at North Palen Beach
Country Club House in such Village on the second and
fourth Monday of each month at 3 o'clock P.M."
is hereby amended and shall henceforth read as follows:
"Rule 1. The Council.shall meet at the North Palm
Beach Country Club House in such Village on the
second Tuesday
.of each month at 8 o'clock P.M."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its pass-
age and approval according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on first:. reading this 13th day of
January , 1959.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on second and final reading this 13th day
of January , 1959
