1. C3 REGIONAL MIXED-USE DISTRICT ON THE FORMER TWIN CITY MALL SITE Council discussion
and input regarding the development and implementation of the C3 Regional Mixed Use District.

If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at the Village Counci l meeting,

SUBJECT: Workshop – Village Council Workshop on C3 Regional Mixed Use District
This Workshop will focus on the C3 Regional Mixed Use District and provide a timeline review from the
adoption of the Village's Master Plan in 2016 through 2024. The workshop aims to gather input and
facilitate discussions among Council members and Village stakeholders regarding the development and
implementation of the C3 Regional Mixed Use District.
The C3 Regional Mixed Use District is a significant aspect of our Village's zoning and development
strategy, promoting mixed-use development that integrates residential, commercial, and recreational
spaces to create vibrant and sustainable communities. As we continue to evolve and grow, it is crucial
to ensure that our zoning regulations align with the goals and vision outlined in the Master Plan.
The workshop is intended to be inf ormational, providing an opportunity for Council members and
stakeholders to exchange ideas, share concerns, and explore potential strategies for enhancing the C3
Regional Mixed Use District. Please note that this meeting is not seeking direction from Village Council
but rather aims to foster dialogue and collaboration to ensure the successful implementation of our
zoning and development initiatives.
