ORDINANCE # 21
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, REGULATING THE PARKING OF CERTAIN VEIICLES UPON THE
PUBLIC STREETS WITHIN SAID VILLAGE: PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION
OF THIS ORDINANCE, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCE OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person or
persons to leave any truck, trailer, boat, or any vehicle of a similar type,
parked upon any public street or highway within said Village of North Palm
Beach between the hours of 12;30 A.M. and 6 A.M.
Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation found guilty
of a violation of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine not to exceed
Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, or by imprisonment in the Village jail for
a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprison-
ment.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed.
FIRST READING the 14th day of August, 1957.
SECOND, FINAL READING AND PASSAGE the 26th day of August, 1957.
