' AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, MAKING IT A MISDEMEANOR
TO COMMIT WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE ANY ACT
WHICH IS OR SHALL BE RECOGTSIZED BY THE LAWS OF THE
STATE OF FLORIDA AS A MISDEMEANOR AND FORBIDDING THE
COMMISSION OF SUCH ACTS; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE
VIOLATION OF SUCH 6RDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
• Section 1. State Misdemeanors. It shall be unlawful to commit,
within the limits of the Village, any act which is or shall be recognized
by the laws of the State of Florida as a misdemeanor, and the commission
of such acts is hereby forbidden.
Section 2. Penalty. Whosoever shall violate the provisions
of this section, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by the same
penalty as is therefor provided by the laws of the State of Florida, but
in no case shall such penalty exceed a fine of five hundred dollars
' (500.00), or an imprisonment for more than ninety {90} days, or both such
fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Village Court. -
