A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING TEN (10) RESIDENTS OF THE VILLAGE TO THE Al)
IIOC COMMITTEE CREATED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE PURPOSE OF
MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS
FOR TIIE PLANTING AND REMOVAL OF TREES WITHIN SWALE AREAS ADJACENT
TO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES WITHIN THE VILLAGE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby
appoint the following residents of the Village to the ad hoc committee created for the purpose of
making recommendations regarding amendments to the regulations for the planting and removal
of trees within swale areas adjacent to residential properties within the Village:
1. Julia M. Lacy
2. Robert Rowe
3. Jacqueline Whelan
4. Thomas Hernacki
5. Margaret Robson
6. Michael Cheek
7. Robert Brandner
8. Jesselyn B. Huey
9. Lucia Traugott
10. Edwin C. Moore, III, non -voting student representative
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
