RESOLUTION NO. 50-99
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PLAT OF HARBOUR
ISLES ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A"; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO EXECUTE THE MYLAR OF THE PLAT;
PROVIDING THAT THE MYLAR OF THE PLAT NOT BE DELIVERED FOR
RECORDING IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, UNTIL THE VILLAGE HAS BEEN PROVIDED WITH A
PERFORMANCE BOND, LETTER OF CREDIT, ESCROW AGREEMENT
OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE SURETY AGREEMENT TO ASSURE THE
COMPLETION OF ON -SITE ROADWAYS, DRAINAGE AND UTILITIES
IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1 The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida,
does hereby approve the Plat of Harbour Isles attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 2 The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the Mylar of the Plat of Harbour Isles.
Section 3. The Mylar of the Plat shall not be delivered for recording in the
Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, until the Village of North Palm Beach has
been provided with a performance bond, letter of credit, escrow agreement or other
acceptable surety agreement in a form approved by the Village and in a sum prescribed
by the Village to assure the completion of on -site roadways, drainage and utility
improvements required for the planned unit development.

Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
