A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE
CLERK TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER THE DOCUMENT
ENTITLED "RELEASE OF RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST"
ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A", WHICH DOCUMENT RELEASES
ANY ALL OF THE VILLAGE'S RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST
IN AND TO ROAD AND DITCH RESERVATIONS DESCRIBED
THEREIN; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does
hereby approve the document entitled "Release of Right, Title and Interest" attached as Exhibit "A",
which document releases any and all of the Village's right, title and interest in and to road and ditch
reservations set forth therein.
Section 2. The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute and deliver the "Release of Right, Title and Interest" attached as Exhibit "A", for and on
behalf of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3 This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.

RELEASE OF RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST
This Release of Right, Title and Interest is made by the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida (hereinafter "Village").
WITNESSETH, that Village is owner of the following described real estate, situate, lying
and being in Palm Beach County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, (hereinafter "Property")
Portions of the Property and other property located east of Prosperity Farms Road in
Sections 5 and 8, Township 42 South, Range 43 East (hereinafter "Adjacent Property") were
previously subject to reservations for road and canal purposes (hereinafter "Reservations")
contained in the deeds recorded in Deed Book 57 at Page 62, Deed Book 68 at Page 101, Deed
Book 68 at Page 141, Deed Book 68 at Page 183, Deed Book 68 at Page 185, Deed Book 68 at
Page 189, Deed Book 68 at Page 237, Deed Book 68 at Page 273, Deed Book 68 at Page 297,
Deed Book 121 at Page 285, Deed Book 126 at Page 56, Deed Book 168 at Page 511, Deed
Book 174 at Page 259, Deed Book 192 at Page 301 and Deed Book 202 at Page 161 (hereinafter
collectively "Deeds"), and the recording of this Release shall not re -impose any of said
reservations.
Village agrees that those portions of the Property and the Adjacent Property subject to the
Reservations are not in use by the Village for the purposes as stated in the Reservations.
Village hereby executes this Release of Right, Title and Interest on behalf of itself, its
successors and assigns, and hereby releases, terminates, and extinguishes any and all right, title
and interest of Village in and to the Reservations as described in the Deeds.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Release of Right, Title and Interest has been executed on
the date as shown hereinafter.
