A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
I3EACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE ANNUAL VENDOR CONTRACTS FOR LABOR
ANI) MATERIALS AS AWARDED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY, THE STATE OF
FLORIDA AND THE PALM BEACH COUNTY COOPERATIVE PURCHASING COUNCIL
ANI) PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The annual contracts awarded by Palm Beach County, the State of Florida and the
Palm Beach County Cooperative Purchasing Council for labor and materials are hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with their terms. The appropriate Village
officials are hereby directed to advise Palm Beach County, the State of Florida and the Palm
Beach County Cooperative Purchasing Council of this resolution.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage and shall expire on
December 31, 1997.
