A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA FOR
THE LOAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $300,000 FOR VARIOUS COUNTRY CLUB PROJECTS
BUDGETED FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995-96.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The proposal of First Union National Bank of Florida, a copy of which is attached
to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, in accordance
with its terms.
Section 2. The Village Manager and the staff are hereby authorized and directed to negotiate
and process the necessary documents for this loan.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14th DAY OF March 1996.
