RESOLUTION NO. 18-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING A RESIDENT MEMBER TO THE PENSION BOARD FOR POLICE AND
FIRE EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and is hereby appointed, as resident
member of the Pension Board for Police and Fire Employees of the Village of North Palm
Beach:
Paul D. Moore 6/30/96
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed copy of this
Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF APRIL , 1995.
