A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, PROCLAIMING THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL ELECTION
HELD NOVEMBER 8, 1994; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of November, 1994, a General Election was held in the
Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, for the purpose of a referendum for
annexation of real property more particularly described in Ordinance 16-94 of the
Village of North Palm Beach; and
WHEREAS, election officials have certified their returns in accordance with law
and the Village Council has duly canvassed the returns of said General Election
as to the said referendum and finds that the returns are true and correct
tabulations of the votes cast.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10-11 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village,
the Village Council finds and declares that the following are the results of the
General Election held on November 8,. 1994, as to the annexation of the real
property more particularly described in Ordinance 16-94 of the Village of North
Palm Beach:

Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
