A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA ESTABLISHING A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
RESERVE FOR COUNTRY CLUB AND ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM
1992-93 COUNTRY CLUB BUDGET TO THE SAID RESERVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Councilof the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida hereby establish a Capital Improvement Reserve for Country Club and allocate
$100,000 from the 1992-93 Country Club Budget, account number L8070-49920 (Reserve -
Capital Contingency) to the said reserve account number L0000-24791.
Section 2. All Capital Improvement Projects to be funded from this
Reserve require prior approval from the Country Club Administrative Board and the Village
Council.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
