A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING A MEMBER ELECTED BY GENERAL EMPLOYEES TO THE
PENSION BOARD FOR GENERAL EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, EXCEPT FOR FIRE AND POLICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person, being duly elected by the
general employees, be, and are hereby appointed a member of the
Pension Board for General Employees of the Village of North Palm
Beach, except Fire and Police. The term of office shall be as set
forth in Ordinance No. 1-83.

Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said members
shall be as set forth in Ordinance No. 1-83.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1991.
