RESOLUTION NO. 31-91
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF ZIMMERMAN TREE SERVICE, LAKE WORTH, FLORIDA,
FOR SECTIONS ONE AND FIVE OF THE BID SPECIFICATIONS IN THE AMOUNT
OF $4,400.00; AND ACCEPTING THE BID OF SNAPP TREE SERVICE, INC.
BOYNTON BEACH, FL, FOR SECTIONS TWO, THREE AND FOUR OF THE BID
SPECIFICATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,400.00; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED
FROM ACCOUNT NO. L8045-33430 (TREE TRIMMING).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Zimmerman Tree Service, Lake Worth,
Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, and the bid
of Snapp Tree Service, Inc., Boynton Beach, Florida, copy of which
is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village
of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this
acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. L8045-
33430 (Tree Trimming).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.

than the bidder herein named has any interest in this proposal or in

cle, and is in all respects fair and without collusion or fraud.
