The Village Council would like to ogres their sincere appreciation to Pratt
Wnitney for designing and building the Time Capsule for the Village of North Palm
Beach in comemoration of the Village's 25th Anniversary-. We are extra-nely grateful
to P & VT for the time and money expended on this project.
As you are aware, the Time Capsule was buried in the ground at the North Pain Beach
Library on Saturday, April 17, 1982, and will be opened twenty-five years from now
We would like to express our special thanks to Mr. Bob Tracy, Capsule Design Engineer,
who, we understand, postponed his retirarne-nt until the capsule was calpleia-A.; and
to Mr. San Hunt, General Supervisor, MES, who took time from his busy schedule on
Saturday- to give us the full details on the capsule.
Again, thank you for your cuuiunity interest and, hopefully, a representative of
Pratt & IAlhitney will be present in the year 2006 -when the Time Capsule is ()paled
