A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE ANNUAL VENDOR CONTRACTS FOR LABOR AND MATERIALS AS
AWARDED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY AND BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The annual contracts awarded by Palm Beach County and
the State of Florida for labor and materials are hereby accepted by
the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with their terms.
The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise
Palm Beach County and the State of Florida of this resolution.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage and shall expire on September 30, 1991.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER , 1990.
