A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
•Section 1. The following person is hereby appointed to the
Code Enforcement Board as indicated herein:
Bernard C. Capone May 1, 1993
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10TH DAY OF MAY, 1990.
