A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING FIRST AND SECOND ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed First and Second Alternates Members of the Planning
Commission of the Village of North Palm Beach for a term ending May
1, 1990.
First Alternate: ranrop rai,rhtar
Second Alternate: William Howard
Section 2. This Resolution repeals and replaces Resolution
No. 23-89
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of said members
shall be set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and
Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of the Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28TH DAY OF CFPTFMRFR , 1989.
