RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING A FIRST ALTERNATE TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION

t.:ction 1. The following person be, and he ,s hereby
s)pointed a First Alternate of the Planning Commission of the
v_ilage of North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1990.
WILLIAM MAED
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member
._..all be set forth in chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and
c;din,nce No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
_ection 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of the Resolution to the member appointed above.
section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24 DAY OF AUGUST , 1989.
