A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORILA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby appointed a
Regular member of the Planning Commission of the Village of North Palm Beach for
a term ending May 1, 1990.
FRED SINGER
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member shall be
set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of
the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of the Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
