A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON MARCH 14, 1989.
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of March, 1989, a General Election was held
in the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, for the purpose of electing
Councilmen to the Village Council for Groups 2 and 4; and
WHEREAS, by due resolution the following named persons were appointed
inspectors, clerks and deputies of said election:
PBJC North, Student AFF Building - Precinct 34:
Inspectors: Anne Van Note
John H. Van Note
Clerk: Helen W. Frey
Deputy: Richard L. Frick
Faith Lutheran Church, Precinct 48:

WHEREAS, on March 14, 1989, said inspectors, clerks and deputies,
after taking and subscribing their oaths in accordance with law, made their
returns to the Village Council, which returns certified that the total count of
ballots cast, including absentee ballots, is 2,091,
For Village Councilman, Group 2:
Al Moore 1.091 votes
Richard Voss 761 votes
For Village Councilman, Group 4:
Manny Grinn 928 votes
V.A. Marks
and,
1,044 votes
WHEREAS, The Village Council has duly canvassed the returns of said
General Election and find that the returns of the inspectors, clerks and
deputies of said election are true and correct tabulations of the votes cast;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council finds and declares that the following
are the results of the General Election for March 14, 1989.
For Village Councilman, Group 2:
Al Moore 1.091 votes
Richard Voss 761 votes
For Village Councilman, Group 4:
Manny Grinn 928 votes
V.A. Marks 1.044 votes
Section 2. That the following candidates are hereby declared to be
elected to the respective offices as follows:

Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 15th DAY OF MARCH, 1989.
