A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF BEMIS CO. INC., TERRE HAUTE, INDIANA
FOR 4,000 BOXES OF POLYETHYLENE REFUSE BAGS IN THE AMOUNT OF $6.49
PER BOX FOR A TOTAL OF $25,960 FROM ACCOUNT #10-000-000-14130 (PLASTIC
BAG INVENTORY).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Bemis Co., Inc., Terre Haute, Indiana
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by
the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account # 10-000-000-14130 (Plastic Bag Inventory).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS llth DAY OF FEBRUARY,
1988.

Price firm for initial shipment of up to 4,000 boxes when order placed by February
12, 1988 and shipment made by March 31, 1988. For subsequent orders placed during
the year of 1988, prices may be adjusted due to raw material cost changes. Buyer
and vendor have option to cancel contract, after initial shipment is made.
