A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF FLORIDA AIR CONDITIONERS, INC., RIVIERA BEACH, FLORIDA,
FOR AIR CONDITIONING CONDENSER UNITS FOR THE VILLAGE LIBRARY IN THE AMOUNT
OF $12,124.50, FROM ACCOUNT NO. 10-571-041-35217 (MACHINERY/EQUIPMENT
SUPPLIES).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Florida Air Conditioners, Inc., Riviera Beach,
Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by
the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of
this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. 10-571-041-
35217 (Machinery/Equipment Supplies).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.

I. SCOPE: The Village intends to purchase the items as specified as
replacement units for the existing equipment at the Village Library,
303 S. Anchorage Drive.
II. Existing Equipment:

8.5 ton - 208 v. - 3PH heat pump. Minimum S.E.E.R. 8.5
B. Carrier, Model 38B@007400.
5.0 ton - 208 v. - 3PH heat pump. Minimum S.E.E.R. 8.5

IV. Village forces will do all installation.
