FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF WIMER-STUBBS, BOCA RATON, FLORIDA,
FOR A GYMNASIUM DIVIDER FOR THE COMMUNITY CENTER
IN THE AMOUNT OF $7',973.70 , FROM CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNT NO.
31-572-888-66213
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Wimer-Stubbs, Boca Raton, Florida,.
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby acceptedby
the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder o"f this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Construction Account No. 31-572-888-66213
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immedi. tely
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF NOVEMBER
