A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT AND SETTING FORTH HIS TERM OF OFFICE.
BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and is hereby appointed
a member of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment for a term ending
May 1, 1986.
FREDERICK SINGER
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member
shall be set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and
Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
I upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23rd DAY OF JANUARY , 1986.
