RESOLUTION NO. 18-85
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT AND SETTING FORTH.THEItR TERMS OF OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE :COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The ,following person be, and is hereby appointed a
member of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment for a term ending May 1,
1987.
JOHN NOSSAL
Section 2. The following person be, and is hereby appointed a
member of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment for a term ending May 1,
1986.
COOPER LANSING
Section 3. The following persons be,and they are hereby appointed
Alternate Members of. the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment for a term
ending May 1, 1986.
1st Alternate SAMUEL FRISCH
2nd Alternate -- GAIL VASTOLA
Section.4. The duties and responsibilities of said members shall
be set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance No.
6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 5. The. Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformer'
copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 6. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF APRIL , 1985.
