A. RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,°
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed members of the Planning Commission of the Village of North
Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1987.
IVAN SIMMONS
DONALD SMALL
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Planning
Commission for a term ending May 1, 1986.
1st Alternate - DONALD FOY
2nd Alternate - JOHN RIDGWAY
Section 3. 'The duties and responsibilities of said
members shall be set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida
Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
