A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF NORLEY WORKS, INC., NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA FOR LAWN MAINTENANCE AT TENNIS CLUB - NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY
CLUB IN THE AMOUNT OF $390 PER MONTH, NOT TO EXCEED $4,290, FROM ACCOUNT
NO. 41-572-131-33490 (LAWN MAINTENANCE).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Norley Works, Inc., North Palm Beach,
Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder
of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No.
41-572-131-33490 (Lawn Maintenance).
Section 2. This Resolutionshall take effect immediately upon
this account being added to th.e North Palm Beach Country Club budget and
the funds being added to this account.

The undersigned, as bidder, does declare that•no other person other than the
bidder herein named has any interest in this proposal or in the contract to be taken,
and that it is made without any connection with any other person or persons making
proposal for the same article, and is in all respects fair and without collusion or
fraud.
The undersigned further declares that he has carefully examined the specifica-
tions and is thoroughly familiar with its provisions and with the quality, type and
grade of material called for.

Landscape Maintenance
Proposal/Contract for the landscape mantenance of the landscaPed
areas at
Tennis Club
North Palm Beach Country Club

MOWING
1. Weekly mowing of turf May through October.
2. Mowing as needed the remainder of the year.
3. Edging of sidewalks, walkways, Parking areas, hedges,
and driveways with every other mowing.
4. Weedeating around Posts, signs, walls, etc. with every
other mowing.
HEDGES $ TREES,'
1. Hedges, bushes, trees to be neatly trimmed as needed.
2. Debris from Palms failing throughout the year will be
removed as it occurs.
SPRINKLER SYSTEM'
1. Manually checked on a. monthly basis.
2. Damage to system caused by Worley Works will be repaired
as soon as Possible at Worley Works expense.
FERTILIZER'
1. Done on a timely basis as recomended bw the Palm Beach County
Agricultural DePartment.
Miscellaneous'
1. Vacuuming of all tennis courts at least three times Per week.
2. Pro SF•ioP Porch and gazebo to be hosed off three times weekly.
3. All garbage containers, including court containers to be
emptied three times weekly .
4. Contract to last until SePtember 30, 1985.
FEE'
the fee for the above mentioned services will be three hundred
and ninet' dollars Per month ( $390.00 Per month ).
