A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF MARTIN -SURFACE AND DECKING, COCKEYSVILLE, MARYLAND,
FOR REAPPLICATION. OF THE GYMNASIUM SURFACE AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COMMUNITY
CENTER, WITH ALTERNATE 1, IN.THE.AMOUNT.OF $33,630.00, FROM ACCOUNT NO.
31-572-888-66213, 1981 C.I.P. CONSTRUCTION FUND (COMMUNITY CENTER).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Martin Surface. and Decking, Cockeysville,
Maryland, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropri-
ate Village officials are herebydirected to advise said bidderof this accept-
ance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. 31-572-888-66213 C.I.P.
Construction Fund (Community Center).
Section .2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 27th DAY OF SEPTEMBER , 1984.

After full inspection of the site, conditions under which the work will be
done, and all bid documents, we, the undersigned, will perform the work
requested for a total lump sum price of Thirty-three thousand, four
hundred. thirty Dollars ($ 33.430.00* ).
*This price does not include putting the bleachersback. If this work cannot
he done by the owner, Martin Surfacing will give you a price.
The work will commence 15 calendar days from owner's authorization
to proceed, and all of'the work shall be installed and ready for use by the
owner within 45 days of commencement.
The above bid includes the following addenda: (if none, type "None received".)
