A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person is hereby appointed a member of
the Code Enforcement Board of the Village of North Palm Beach for a term
ending May 1, 1986.
HERB KOHL
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the Code Enforcement
Board shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and
Ordinance Nos. 19-79, 25-79 and 16-82 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of this Resolution to th.e member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
