RESOLUTION ND. 23-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NORTH PAIM BEACH BOARD OF ADJUST ENT AND RAMC
FORTH THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed members of the Board of Adjustuatt of the Village of North Palm
Beach for a term ending May 1, 1987.
H. NORMAN BOTT
PAMELA PECKHAM
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed Alternate Manbers of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment
for a term ending May 1, 1985.
1st Alternate - JOHN NOSSAL
2nd Alternate - FRANK H. YURASKO
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Board of
Adjusu«it shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes,
and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect intnediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26th DAY OF April , 1984.
