A RESOLUTION OF THEVILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIN BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PADI
BEACH
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIN BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby appointed
members of the Planning Ccmmission of the Village of North Palm Beach for a
term ending May 1, 1986.
TOM KELSEY
CARROLL SMOOT
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission
for a term ending May 1, 1985.
1st Alternate - ROGER C. LAMBERT
2nd Alternate - JOHN RIDGWAY
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Planning
Commission shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes,
and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
