A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIN BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF STUART ENGINEER= CONTRACTORS, STUART, FLORIDA, FOR
RELOCATION OF THE 5th HOLE PUMP AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB IN THE
AMOUNT OF $12,621.00 TO BE EXPENDED FRLM THE R.O.F. ACCOUNT, CONTINGENT
UPON THE APPROPRIATION OF SUFFICIENT FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIN BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Stuart Engineering Contractors, Stuart,
Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder
of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from the R.O.F. Account,
contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26th DAY OF April , 1984.
