RESOLUTION NO. 3-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF K & M ELECTRIC FOR 8 FIXTURES IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,360.00;
THE BID OF SOUTHEASTERN PRESTRESS FOR 2 POLES IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,256.00;
AND THE BID OF C. R. DUNN, INC. FOR INSTALLATION OF THE POLES IN THE AMOUNT
OF $2,721.00, TO BE EXPENDED FROM FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING ACCOUNT NO. 36-
572-63.17.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bids of K & M Electric, Southeastern Prestress and
C. R. Dunn, Inc., copies of which are attached to this Resolution, are hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with their terns.
The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder
of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended fzutn Revenue Sharing
Account No. 36-572-63.17.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
